Credit Crunch skydiving update
When I go away on vacation I try to keep away from laptops and computers and this one was no exception.
The downside is that when I get back there are hundreds
of emails to be answered and articles waiting to be approved....hmmm, maybe I need some help, yeah right! But before I get stuck into these, lets reflect just a short while on the big picture of the global economy and how it impacts skydiving. Now that we are being read by (drumroll....) 77 countries (up from 68 previously) I got to wondering how the other countries are doing in the big scheme of things. I know we also have a lot of readers in Canada, Australia and the Gulf states (Arabian Gulf that is) and while many readers in those countries are feeling the pinch, you'll be pleased to know that you are doing better than most in the big scheme of things.
There are a few useful sites to pick up info from and the most complete and balanced perspective comes from reviewing a few of the main ones in turn. However I quite like Nouriel Roubini's Global EconoMonitor for a quick catch up.
So, I'm getting back into it, and if you've been waiting for a blog or article to be checked, please accept my apologies and keep reading.
Back soon
