How to make plenty of money for skydiving, skiing, scuba diving and everything else

OK, hands up who thinks I make my living from skydiving.

(Looks out into the ether) what do I see? A few hands up (metaphorically) but not many.

A little about me before we go on.

I've worked as a full time freelance skydiving instructor teaching AFF and I've also run the most successful AFF school in UK. I've also been a main board Director of an indoor skydiving/wind tunnel plc start up, raised venture capital to build the first one from scratch, got planning consents, tendered contractors and supervised construction budgets, and the other hundred and one things that are needed to get the job done. I'm known for making things happen.

Are these ways to get rich?

Definitely not, well not unless you happen to be the main shareholder in the windtunnel. They are however a great deal of fun and ways to learn a lot about the best sport in the world (skydiving). I still consider myself lucky to be able to help people to overcome their personal challenges and help them to become licenced skydivers. The social life is great (especially for a skydiving instructor) and you spend most your time with some of the most positive people on the planet. The other side of the coin is that you spend a lot of time hanging around drop zones and also that many of these positive people have egos the size of the planet :) but thats not a bad thing really. It's usually people with egos that 'make things happen'. The challenge is working with them for a "win-win" outcome.

The reality is that skydiving has now become my hobby and I make my own living in various aspects of property. That's what gives me the lifestyle to spend lots of time with my two boys, watch them at their cricket, rugby and football matches, take them skiing (three times last year) and drive my choice of BMW. They attend a top-twenty school and although I attended a normal state school myself and left at 16, I never begrudge their school fees and instead see these as an investment in my boys future happiness and success.

Should I share the secret of making lots more money here?

I've agonised over this for over a year now, believe it or not. From a pure perspective of skydiving, this probably doesn't fit. Yet whenever people ask me about skydiving, money is one of the biggest issues for many people, which is why I decided to include this section about 'credit crunch skydiving'. I think back to the days when I was a 'bread liner' spending every cent I had on jump tickets and parachute gear. Along the way I found ways to support my 'habit' and I realised that I also enjoyed making money, easily and without stress.

So it occurred to me that if I want to encourage people to change their life, which  skydiving tends to do, then I should also share a little more about how to make it happen. After all, I strongly believe in the cosmic law which states (something like) pass forward your help, advice and good vibes to others and your own karma develops, your Qi flows more strongly and good things come back to you - eight fold! Give good things out and good things come back, it's that simple.

Hmmm, I hear you say. Aren't we getting a little esoteric here Accel?

You're probably right, but it's still true. If you learn to skydive with me, one of the important skills you'll learn is visualisation (we actually call it'head diving'). It's a technique derived from NLP, (Neuro-linguistic Programming) which helps you to overcome fears, focus on achievement and harness the power of your mind to achieve the things you want. Believe me it works as every one of my AFF students will testify.

What is the secret of making lots of money?

Firstly, it's not a secret, even although some people might well treat it that way.

The magic word is PROPERTY.

Now that you've seen the magic word, I know that some people reading this may be thinking "I don't have the money to spare, or the ability to generate mortgages to borrow the funds".

I understand this perspective, I truly do. So, please stay with me for a moment and consider this;

"Large amounts of money can be made through property without making a large cash investment and without owning property at all" (even though I now do).

My own sister once told me that I'm too ethical and too trusting, and that these two factors would restrict me from making a great deal of money. Don't worry though, I don't rub it in too much when I show her that its possible to do well in business without compromising ethics, or acting illegally. My most recent deal netted me over thirty six thousand pounds, and also trickles a couple of hundred pounds to me every month thereafter.

Life is a bit like a jigsaw sometimes

A guy called Mike gave me the missing pieces of the jigsaw that I was looking for. Mike also taught me that there is the opportunity for plenty of good clean joint venture business even when we look only in the UK and I'm looking forward to doing plenty more lucrative projects with Mike.

By passing this great lead forward to you, all I ask in return is one thing. If you ever decide that you'd like to do a joint venture on any of your projects, please consider me as a possible partner and lets discuss ideas. I'll be able to say more off line to show you the true value I can bring to any deal. I will also be able to help you to qualify the project and maybe help you to avoid a waste of effort. Although the concepts are all about Land projects in the UK, I also have connections in the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine and Asia. How else do you think I get around to all these fun locations to skydive?

So, this is the key link you need to follow LandProjectsUK.com. It should open in a new window so you can still refer to this page if you want.

Good luck for the future, let me know how it goes. Here's hoping we get the chance to work on a project together.
